Our client, a well-regarded national law firm, is looking for a junior Employment Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its expanding Employment team in London.

This role is perfect for an ambitious solicitor eager to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

In this position, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Your work will cover a diverse range of cases, from managing grievances and disciplinary actions to advising on whistleblowing and discrimination matters, and providing commercial support for reorganisations and TUPE transfers.

This is a fantastic chance to expand your skills while delivering critical guidance to clients on a daily basis.

You will be providing top-tier, responsive employment law advice and representation on a range of matters. You will be engaging directly with clients, liaising with third parties, opposing counsel, and other key contacts.
