Are you a dedicated and experienced social worker passionate about championing practice? We are now looking for passionate Senior Practitioners who can commit to making a difference to our children in Medway.

As a Senior Practitioner you will:

* Hold a caseload of complex cases.

* Support the Team Manager, alongside the Assistant Team Manager, in delivering high standards of social work.

* Work with children in need of assessment, intervention, and support.

* Provide mentoring, coaching, and practice expertise to less experienced team members.

* Support team members in their professional development and progression.

* Lead the team and service through guidance and practice expertise.

* Opportunity to specialize and become a champion in an area of practice.

* Share your expertise with colleagues across Medway Children's Services.

Candidates will be offered a competitive basic salary between £44,647 and £48,695 per annum, dependant on your experience, and the potential to earn up to £57,695 per year when market premiums and retention are applied.
