Your New Role

Working within a trusted provider of mechanical, electrical, renewables, and contract maintenance services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The Finance Manager will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and guiding financial decisions that align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing the preparation of financial statements, and leading the financial audits. You will also be expected to optimize financial processes, manage cash flow, and monitor financial performance against budgets.

Ideally, asuccessful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and a proven track record of driving financial efficiency. Proficiency in financial software and tools is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a finance team effectively.
