The CSR group is looking for an experienced Facades Manager to oversee a large package on a project in Oxford. The company is one of the UK's leading Contractors who have excelled in all sectors of the industry. They have delivered high quality projects all over the UK including defence projects, universities, healthcare schemes and general commercial projects up to the value of £200m.

The project is £75m in value with a unitised facades package

Salaries offered between £55 - 65k plus package (including market leading living away allowance) DOE

Responsibilities

·To be responsible for the delivery of the Façade package

·Responsible for day-to-day management and co-ordination of the relevant subcontractors, including ensuring design and program are carried out in line with quality standards.

·To work collaboratively with the internal site and design teams, along with external Professionals

·To report progress and record progress against program deadlines

·To maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner.

·To carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and façade

·To attend and chair meetings on site with relevant subcontractors, ensuring accurate records are taken and communicated with all relevant parties, safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner.

·Respond to sub-contractor progress reports and Sub-contractors' Contractual correspondence.

Experience

·Experience in managing and delivering bespoke facades packages on high rise developments.

·Experienced in Fire, thermal and acoustic performance of cladding systems.

·Experience with interfaces such as, Roofing, Curtain Walling, SFS, Facades

·Thorough knowledge of database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint

·Good management/organisational skills, with ability to manage time and meet deadline
