Location:             Central London
Salary:                 £40,000 - £50,000 p/annum

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an ambitious and talented Architect to join an award-winning architectural practice, based in the heart of London, to join them on a hugely prestigious, career-defining project. Renowned for delivering exceptional designs and large-scale commercial projects, the firm is committed to innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence. This person will be joining a well established team, contributing to the delivery of Stages 3 and 4 of this remarkable project.

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Architect, Project Architect, Senior Architect with a strong background in large-scale commercial projects, exceptional technical skills, and advanced proficiency in Revit.

Office:

Location: Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Duties:

Develop and deliver detailed design packages for RIBA Stages 3 and 4.
Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation using Revit.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Resolve design and technical challenges with practical, innovative solutions.
Ensure all work complies with UK building regulations and planning requirements.
Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project coordination meetings. 

Requirements:

ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 2 years post-Part 3 qualification experience.
Proven experience working on large-scale commercial projects in London or the UK.
Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning processes, and construction methods.
A portfolio showcasing detailed design and technical delivery of commercial projects.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
