Our client is oa leading infrastructure developer. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fire and Working at Height Coordinator based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set up of site fire safety systems including main and satellite accommodation
Ensuring compliance with the Mace fire standard, HSG168 and the JCoP 10th edition
Coordination of liaison and visits with the local WMFS stations
Management of the MDJV fire marshals
Coordinate the development of the project working at Height plan in line with the Working at Height Standard.
Confirm that the Working at Height Plan is reviewed by the project team each month and/or following a change to how working at height needs to occur. Include design requirements for eliminating the need to work at height, where possibleTechnical Competencies and Qualifications

Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of and compliance with the Fire Standard & working at height standard.
Experience and history of working at height activities such as scaffolding.
Ability to use IT systems Yellowjacket management systems.
Ability to prioritise and multitask.
Team and leadership skills
Have demonstrated experience managing fire safety in construction
CSCS Managers Card holder
SMSTS
Management/Supervisor experienceDesirable:

Experience in project quality management
Principal Contractor Safety, Health and Environment experience
IEMA Certificate
