Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Supporting the finance team with day-to-day financial administration
- Assisting in managing payments and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely settlements
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Providing ongoing support to senior accountants and finance professionals
- Credit control and engagement with external partners to agree payments
Profile
We're seeking an Accounts Assistant who is detail-oriented, organised, and great at building strong working relationships.
If you're passionate about learning, growing, and developing a long-term career in accounts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will already have gained experience within a similar role, and possess strong communication skills and have the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and keen to gain exposure to a wider role in accounts including credit control.
In addition, your skills will include :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Understanding of financial regulations and legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
