We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Finance Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with financial reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and conducting cost analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Supporting the finance team with day-to-day financial administration
  • Assisting in managing payments and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely settlements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Providing ongoing support to senior accountants and finance professionals
  • Credit control and engagement with external partners to agree payments

Profile

We're seeking an Accounts Assistant who is detail-oriented, organised, and great at building strong working relationships.

If you're passionate about learning, growing, and developing a long-term career in accounts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will already have gained experience within a similar role, and possess strong communication skills and have the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and keen to gain exposure to a wider role in accounts including credit control.

In addition, your skills will include :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Understanding of financial regulations and legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
