The Role:

We're looking for candidates to join our growing team of humans, plants and laptops. You will represent some of the most innovative marketing and communication agencies in Europe as their Account and Business Development Manager.

You will be outreaching to global brand leaders from many sectors via phone, email and LinkedIn, introducing your clients and setting up high-level appointments for them.

The role involves working closely with the other BDMs, your Client Success Manager and Team Assistant to deliver a top-notch, smooth service to our clients.

The role is a hybrid position coming into our Kings Cross office a minimum of twice a week. We can only consider candidates with a right to work in the UK, we cannot sponsor.

The Ideal Candidate's Experience and Responsibilities:

General:

Attend our Kings Cross office a minimum of twice a week (Mondays and Tuesdays)
Work within a high performing team, being supportive to co-workers
Ensuring a business wide best practice, and knowledge-sharing culture is actively embraced
Maintain knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the industry
The ability to multi-task - juggling is not necessary and is not preferred
Outreach:

Obtain 3 meetings a week for your clients
Manage reschedules in a timely manner
Maintain high standards of outreach
Ensure Meetings booked are qualified and communicated well
Client Management:

Lead Client calls, building client rapport and trust
Oversee the implementation of bespoke client campaigns
Develop a growth strategy focused on client satisfaction
Admin:

Utilise the CRM for logging outreach, sharing information and task organising
Maintain tidy inboxes with up to date timely responses
About you:

Required Attributes:

+2 years managing accounts
Resilience in a cold calling environment
Experience with either Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Excellent English language skills, verbal and written
Highly focused and organised with a desire to learn and grow
Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise within a constantly shifting environment
Good initiative with the confidence to speak up
A solutions focused attitude
An acute eye for detail and precision
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to anticipate, identify and solve internal and client issues strategically
Being able to translate what a prospect says in the moment on a call into detailed written notes
Touch typing
Performance-ready capability of Flight of the Conchords - Business Time
