Compliance Analyst | Insurance Broker | London/WFH | £40 - 50,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a growing insurance broker in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their team.

Reporting into the Compliance Manager, you will be conducting an array of generalist duties across TOBAs, complaints, financial promotions, assisting with the annual plan and more.

Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years compliance experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in an insurance brokerage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels.
• Great attention to detail and organised.
• Have or are studying towards a CII/ICA would be an advantage.

Please note that you will be required to work in their London office twice a week.

The role will give you exposure to work not only in the compliance function but you will also be regularly working with the broking and operations team.
