I'm currently partnering with an incredible SaaS company that is looking to hire a Finance Analyst. The business is experiencing exciting growth and has a clear strategy in place for acquiring new customers. This opportunity offers the successful candidate a chance to develop and elevate their career to the next level.

The Successful candidate will be hands-on with all budgeting, forecasting, and modelling, while also gaining valuable exposure to the full spectrum of DaaS and SaaS business model functions.

  • Analyse financial results and key operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop leading indicator and operational dashboards in collaboration with teams across the company, partnering with Business Intelligence and Operations.
  • Assist in the creation, monitoring, and management of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, working closely with department leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and refine financial models to project company performance and evaluate new business opportunities, conducting scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities in business strategies.
  • Support the implementation of a cloud-based FP&A tool.
  • Assist with migrating existing data and integrating the new system.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on the new tool.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Support leadership teams and managers with metrics, strategy, product roadmap, resource planning, and evolving regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc fundraising efforts and shareholder information requests.
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Newly-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
  • Experince in a FP&A role would be advantageous
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python
  • Experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboard creation and data visualisation
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
