We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturer based in Mildenhall, Suffolk!

This rapidly expanding, specialist manufacturer are in need of someone who not only comes from a mechanical background but is experienced in training staff and setting up processes as well.

Ideally you will be experienced in manufacturing assembly work and machine operation to provide the best understanding of the area you will oversee.

The salary for this Supervisor position is paying anywhere up to £45,000 depending on the experience of the candidate.

Production Supervisor Duties:

Organise and Manage the assembly team, whether it be machine operators or hand assemblers
Arrange their holiday, sickness and weekend call out cover when necessary
Liaise with the Operations Manager and other departments within the company
Provide suggestions to improve production efficiency/cost reductions
Assist with production when necessary to meet output quotas
Although the core working hours for the role will be 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday we ideally want someone who can be flexible and potentially work 10:00 to 19:00 for example.
