Our award winning client specialising in accounting, tax and business advisory services, is looking for an experienced senior accountant/partner to join their growing team

Key Responsibilities - Senior Accountant/Planner

Management buyouts
Business Sales and business acquisitions
Valuations
Venture capital schemes
Tax disclosures and enquiries
Compliance support and management
Preparation of reports that communicate effectively to clients
Establishment and nurturing of strong client relationships aiming to provide an exceptional level of service
Key Skills

Ambitious, qualified Accountant with significant experience specifically 10 - 15 years in practice
Proven track record demonstrating in depth accounting knowledge
Used to being challenged by clients with financial controllers in situ
Excellent advisory and compliance experience
To have the knowledge and experience of working with owner managed business clients and a desire for direct client engagement and a commitment to delivering a value added service
