Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong background, particularly in handling complex intrusion detection systems. The role also involves providing support for CCTV, networking products, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer specialised guidance on the configuration and setup of equipment, helping customers quickly understand and adapt to new products.

* Utilise logical thinking and a strong understanding of underlying principles to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.

* Design system solutions tailored to customer-specific needs, utilising a wide range of in-house electronic security equipment.

* Provide office-based support to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools.

Qualifications and Skills:
