Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has come available to work for an established tour operator based in Birmingham to work as an integral part of the Sales Team to maintain and increase sales to UK Travel Agents.
You will also develop and build on new and existing relationships with travel agents and help with any queries they have. Previous experience within the travel industry is essential. This role is office based or hybrid in Birmingham and offers a competitive salary with excellent company benefits.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To evaluate sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
Liaise with Sales Managers and internal departments to resolve any Travel Agent queries
Call plan management.
Identify new business opportunities within regional areas and report these to the relevant Sales Manager
Develop ideas and offers and work with the marketing department to promote products to the trade.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant examples and information
Assist with trade account queries received into the Sales Support helpdesk.
Assist in maintaining the internal CRM system.

Able to build effective working relationships
Confident outgoing and flexible
Excellent communication skills
Quick thinking and able to resolve problems effectively
Excellent time management and organisational skills
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary up to £25K - 26k, and hybrid working . Salary is dependent on experience along with other great benefits!
