As the Bar Manager at Ham Yard Hotel, you'll take the helm of our bustling bar, collaborating closely with senior management and team members to uphold our reputation for outstanding customer service. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories, surpassing their expectations at every turn.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency
• Foster positive relationships with guests, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm
• Innovate and create new cocktails and beverage offerings that align with the Firmdale brand and exceed guest expectations
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and standards of measurement, promoting responsible service of alcohol
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to streamline service processes and enhance overall guest experience
• Lead by example, nurturing a culture of excellence within the team through training, guidance, and effective leadership.

What you Need:

• Proven track record as a Bar Manager within a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Genuine passion for Food and Beverage, with a keen eye for quality products and ingredients
• Extensive knowledge of beverages and mixology, with the ability to innovate and enhance our menu offerings
• Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
• Experience in team management and development, with a knack for inspiring and motivating others
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with guests and colleagues alike
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of service is executed to perfection
