Senior Technical Services Manager

Salary: £90k + packge & industry leading bonus structure

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Services Manager to oversee the technical delivery of large-scale projects, with the ability to drive business development and present to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of an established contractor, focusing on the technical and service aspects of fit-out and new build projects.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage technical services teams across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

* Act as the main point of contact for technical queries and provide expert advice on complex issues.

* Develop and implement strategies to enhance technical service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

* Pitch and present technical solutions to clients, ensuring the company's capabilities are effectively communicated.

* Oversee the design and delivery of all technical services, from pre-construction through to completion.

* Collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all stages of the project.

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in a senior technical services management role, ideally within fit-out or new build projects.

* Ability to pitch and present technical solutions to clients, with strong negotiation skills.

* A deep understanding of the technical and service requirements for large-scale construction projects.

* Experience in managing teams and providing leadership in complex projects.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and senior stakeholders.

* A collaborative approach, working with multiple internal and external teams to ensure project success.
