Company Overview: Class People are an independently run, family business specialising in the education sector. Class People was established over 20 years ago by our CEO who at the time was a supply teacher herself who wanted to create a better, more personalised service for client and candidate.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Primary School Teacher to join our team of supply teachers in Calne, Wiltshire. Ideally you will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in education and the ability to engage with a diverse range of students learning styles.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering interactive and engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Carry out one-on-one support to students requiring additional assistance with their learning whist ensuring that individual educational goals and needs are met.
Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusive environment amongst the students.
Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of the students.
Work with the SENCO to monitor and record student progress.

What you will need to be a part of the Class People team:

Ability to engage and motivate students.
A valid right to work in the UK
Strong classroom leadership and management skills
Previous experience in a similar education setting preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
