Job Title: Credit Controller Supervisor

Location: Newbury, West Berkshire

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Credit Controller Supervisor to join their team based in Newbury.

As the Credit Controller Supervisor, you will oversee a small team of two persons and be responsible for various duties to ensure efficient credit control operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively contacting clients to chase ageing debt through phone calls and emails.
Managing account follow-ups and collating all credits and refunds.
Ensuring timely transfer of debt to legal teams.
Updating the account system and maintaining accurate and timely communication records.
Generating monthly aged debt reports and performing account reconciliations.
Responding to emails within 24 hours and handling escalations.
Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as required.To excel in this role, the successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualities:

Strong team player who can also take initiative.In return for your expertise and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. You will also be entitled to 20 days of paid annual leave, plus bank holidays.
