About the role:

* To support the smooth day to day running of the Housing Service by providing efficient and accurate business support.

* To deal with preliminary customer requests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

* To assist in maintaining the administration of the housing team's systems and procedures and for checking and processing invoices

* Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
