Are you an experienced Works Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our esteemed contractor with over 50 years of industry experience, and be a part of the transformative HS2 project!

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Works Manager to oversee civil works and manage a portable crushing machine for limestone remediation, crushing, and washing. This limestone will be recycled and used in the groundworks, contributing to the sustainability and efficiency of the HS2 project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate civil works on the HS2 project site.
Manage the operation of a portable crusher for limestone crushing and washing.
Ensure the quality and efficiency of limestone remediation and recycling processes.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and project outcomes.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a productive and safe work environment.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Works Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong background in civil engineering and project management.
Experience with portable crushing machines and limestone processing is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
