Job Title: Solar Site Quality Engineer
Location: Sites across East, Central, and Northern England. You will be allocated to the sites closest to you.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + 7.5% bonus + company car

We are looking for a motivated Solar Site Quality Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the success of our solar and energy storage projects across England.

Role Overview:
As a Solar Site Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that installation works meet both quality and contractual requirements, working closely with the project engineering team. You will conduct inspections, tests, and site quality checklists to ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards. You'll also be instrumental in implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan across our various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Review installation works to ensure compliance with quality and contractual requirements, coordinating with the project engineering team.
Complete site quality checklists, inspections, and tests in a timely manner.
Implement and manage the Project Quality Plan, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
Provide accurate reporting and documentation related to site quality activities.
Ensure all site activities are in compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements:

Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in Solar, BESS, or Wind projects is highly desirable.
Inspection and testing experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across sites, with 5 days per week on-site. MUST HAVE RIGHTS TO WORK IN THE UK WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE
