Role Requirements:

• Experience: You will have solid experience in corporate and commercial law, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, preparing shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements, and handling asset and share sales and purchases
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of company law
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Client-focused with a proactive approach to providing advice to both individual and corporate clients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy working environment
