Manage key personnel (Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Field Service Engineers & Operations) by being supportive and structuring their work environment to the business needs
Monitor / manage financial spend that directly affects the profit & loss
Seek opportunities and deliver on growing the field service side of the business.As Field Operations Manager it is essential that you have the below;
