Impact Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a Precision Engineering company based in Northampton who supply precision made parts to the Formula 1 and Motorsport industry. They are looking to recruit for an Experienced CNC Machinist to join them on a Permanent basis ASAP!

Role: CNC Machinist

Location: Northampton

Package: £17.50 - £24.50 (Depending on experience) with Performance bonuses on top

Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift

Responsibilities:

Setting and operating CNC Lathes
Programming machines (preffered but no essential)
Prioritising workload and keeping organised
Able to work independantly and as part of a team
Ability to make decisions
Maintaining a clean and tidy work space Experience required:

CNC Setting and Operating experience
Preferably able to program CNC lathes
Previous experience with Stainless
Good organisational skills
Able to work to deadlines and manage work loads
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving
Able to work on a long term basisBenefits:
