Education Personnel is looking for a Science Teacher for a full-time role in Manchester. The role will involve teaching up to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and potentially Key Stage 4 (KS4). The position starts as soon as possible, with the potential for a permanent contract following successful placement.

General duties of the Science Teacher will include:

Effective Teaching:

* Deliver engaging Science lessons up to KS3 and KS4.

* Foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts and principles through practical and theoretical lessons.

Curriculum Development:

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop a well-rounded Science curriculum.

* Incorporate real-world examples and experiments to enhance student understanding.

Student Assessment:

* Design assessments that accurately reflect student progress in Science.

* Provide constructive feedback to support students' academic development.

Inclusive Teaching and Technology Integration:

* Use inclusive teaching techniques to engage all students, regardless of ability.

* Integrate modern technology and tools to enrich the learning experience.

Extracurricular Activities:

* Organise science-related clubs, trips, and activities to stimulate student interest in STEM subjects.

* Collaborate with the community to bring real-world science into the classroom.

Safeguarding and pastoral support.
In order to qualify for the role, you must be able to work full-time, have a teaching qualification, and be passionate about your subject.
