The Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to handle a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters from start to finish, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
Transfers of equity and remortgages
Stamp duty procedures and title checking
Search reports and enquiries
Leasehold transactions, including the grant of leases
Landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, and deeds of surrender
Refinancing and business acquisitions/sales
Utilities agreements and active business developmentYou will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with secretarial support provided to allow you to focus on your expertise.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years of PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing.
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a high-volume environment.
Excellent client care and communication abilities.
