Sellick Partnership are currently supporting a public-sector organisation to appoint an Interim Assistant Director of Property Services to join their team.

You will lead, shape and drive improvements in the delivery of Property Services at a borough level, providing operational oversight and leadership for all aspects of services including: Strategic Property, Operational Property, Facilities Management, Property Capital Programme delivery and Property Investment Management.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Property Services:

Prepare, manage and control service-based budgets.
Oversee the day-to-day management of staff in the public and/or private sector.
Deliver quality services with an ability to achieve service improvements under the principles of best value
Maintains wide range of stakeholders and audiences whilst developing positive relationships
Obtains service improvements under the principles of best valueThe Successful Assistant Director of Property Services will have:

Educated to Degree level
Experience of managing a large team,
