Junior Quantity Surveyor (APC Level)

💰 Salary Range: Up to £40K (Dependent On Experience)
Think Property & Surveying are delighted to be in partnership with a private client who are working closely with us to appoint an additional Quantity Surveyor to their close knit team in Birmingham.
What You'll Do:
* Performing QS consultancy functions
* Running projects with support
* Your work will be spread across a range of different projects including minor and major works, new builds, refurbishment projects.
* Full project life cycle from inception to completion
* Predominantly post-contract works
* Procurement
* Final accounts
* Cost estimates
* Issuing variations
* Contract administration
* Tender documentation
* Feasibility Studies
* Providing clients with professional advice
What Are They Looking For
* Previous experience as a QS/EA
* RICS accredited degree
* Previous experience working in a consultancy would be beneficial
* Knowledge of JCT Traditional, Design & Build, Intermediate and Minor Works Contracts is desirable.
* Committed and driven to pursuing your career as you will be provided ample learning and development support
