We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience while enjoying the flexibility to work between 1 to 5 days a week.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise lessons when the regular teacher is absent, ensuring students complete their work.

* Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

* Support students with their tasks and encourage engagement.

* Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.

* Ensure student safety and well-being during lessons.

What We're Looking For:

* No experience needed - full training and support will be provided.

* Any subject knowledge is desirable, as you will be covering a variety of subjects.

* A positive attitude and eagerness to support students.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behavior.

* Flexibility to work between 1 to 5 days per week (both full-time and part-time options available).
