About the Role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our existing customers get the most out of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with current clients via outbound calls, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience by recommending additional products or services tailored to their needs.

This is a fast-paced role where you will proactively reach out to customers who may not be expecting your call, explain relevant solutions, and deliver a seamless, one-call resolution whenever possible. You will also be responsible for managing your own workload, updating internal databases, and working closely with various teams across the business.

* Strong sales or consultative skills - experience in upselling or cross-selling is a plus.

* A positive and resilient mindset - comfortable with outbound calls and engaging with customers.

* Strong organisational skills - ability to manage a pipeline of customers efficiently.

* A team player attitude - collaborative and adaptable to change.

Key Responsibilities

* Making outbound calls to existing customers to discuss their current service and introduce additional benefits.

* Identifying and explaining value-added products that suit each customer's unique needs.

* Managing a personal pipeline to ensure follow-ups and conversions are maximized.

* Handling objections professionally and providing a smooth, informative experience.

* Updating internal systems with accurate customer data and call
