About the Role
As our Operations & HR Assistant, you will be at the heart of our administration functions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient running of our daily activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to various facets of our firm, including HR, training, recruitment, health & safety and administration.
After 12 months this role will be reassessed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administration for the firm and help with employee queries regarding systems
- Update and maintain the firms’ systems
- Support with workflow development for various teams
- Participate in various projects, research and coordinate initiatives
- Draft letters and documentation
- Update policy and procedures
- Assist with implementation of new systems including data input
- Provide support for events and other ad-hoc duties
