About the Role

As our Operations & HR Assistant, you will be at the heart of our administration functions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient running of our daily activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to various facets of our firm, including HR, training, recruitment, health & safety and administration.

After 12 months this role will be reassessed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administration for the firm and help with employee queries regarding systems
  • Update and maintain the firms’ systems
  • Support with workflow development for various teams
  • Participate in various projects, research and coordinate initiatives
  • Draft letters and documentation
  • Update policy and procedures
  • Assist with implementation of new systems including data input
  • Provide support for events and other ad-hoc duties
