Join Our Team as a Machine Setter in Crewe!

Position: Machine Setter
Location: Crewe
Type: Permanent (subject to a trial period completion)

Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 06:45 - 17:15

* Enjoy a three-day weekend!

* Up to two Fridays per month for overtime as required.

Your Responsibilities:

* Keep our production line running efficiently with minimal downtime.

* Clean and maintain equipment using both automated and manual methods.

* Complete daily check sheets and report any issues to the Maintenance Team promptly.

* Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.

* Be adaptable and ready to take on additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting.

* Proficiency in operating machinery.

* Strong skills in managing production lines, quality control, and maintaining safety standards.

Bonus Points For:

* Formal training in machine operation or a related field.

* Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical issues.

* Expertise in setting up and fine-tuning machinery.
