Are you passionate about quality and feel you can be the key link between design, inspection & production departments for one of the most reputable names in the world of motorsport? You will play a crucial part in ensuring that every assurance process adds value, meets design intent, and aligns with the standards and ambitions of the team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that design intent is flawlessly translated into production processes, and quality standards are upheld at every stage.

About the Role;

You will collaborate with Design and Production Engineering teams to review and optimise the entire production process, ensuring specifications are met. Alongside this, you will provide quality engineering support for assembly teams to enable the team to meet their quality objectives. Developing, reviewing, refining and validating inspection processes to create robust and effective quality assurance procedures. You will then update QA documentation such as checklists, programs, and drawings for accuracy and relevance to ensure all departments understand their duties, part by part moving forward.

What's on offer;

I could genuinely write paragraphs on the offerings in this exciting team, aside from the excellent salary, bonus scheme, healthcare, pension and free lunch. Some of the stuff you are probably more interested in would be a true opportunity to work in an elite team of like minded individuals and be given autonomy in your own projects…..what else could you want?

What We need from you;

  • Strong understanding and implementation of GD&T and the ability to conduct Gauge R&R analysis.
  • CMM and Scanning Arm software experience (PC-DMIS & Polyworks would be advantageous).
  • Knowledge of working with materials such as; composites, castings, forgings.
