Bodyshop Manager

Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a Bodyshop Manager. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The main responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager are as follows:

* Monitor day to day running of the Bodyshop

* Maximise efficiency, productivity and customer experience

* Continuously maximise profitability

* Comply with manufacturer partner audit standards

* Maintain and update portals - training logs, certifications etc

* Coach, mentor and motivate team

* Increase customer awareness on all available services

To be a successful candidate for the Bodyshop Manager role you must:

* Previous bodyshop experience

* Strong leadership skills and experience is a must

* Must have automotive technical knowledge

* Have outstanding attention to detail

* Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal

* Be friendly, polite, courteous, empathetic

* Have strength of character to ensure robust processes are followed by all

* Be a good motivator to ensure the team want to follow you as a leader

* Have strong organisational and management skills

* £45k basic salary (OTE £50k uncapped)
