About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager with expertise in both inbound and outbound sales to join our high-performing team. As an ambassador for the company, this role demands a deep, end-to-end understanding of customer acquisition and retention, with specific experience in financial services or B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving ambitious growth targets while building long-term client relationships and representing our solutions to enterprise clients at the highest standard. 

Key Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle with enterprise clients, from prospecting to closing.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance market presence and growth.
Build strong, lasting relationships, aligning solutions to client needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, progress reports, and market insights for management.Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within Fintech or SaaS, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
Relevant experience in FinTech - specifically within VAT/GST Reclaim or Compliance processes.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with a solution-focused approach.Compensation: £70,000 base + Double OTE
