Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel are working with a well-established school in Dartford that is seeking two enthusiastic Year 3 & Year 4 Teacher to join their team from the Summer Term. This is an exciting opportunity to take on full responsibilities for teaching and planning, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for primary-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Delivering Lessons: Full responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons for Year 3 or Year 4 students, following the national curriculum.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that students are engaged and motivated.
Assessments & Feedback: Regular assessment of student progress, providing timely feedback to both pupils and parents.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
Extra-curricular Involvement: Participate in school events, activities, and initiatives to enrich the school community.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
Proven experience teaching in KS2, with a particular focus on Year 3 & Year 4.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, stimulating learning environment.
Excellent communication skills with both pupils and parents.
A commitment to the development and well-being of all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
