Excellent opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join a multibillion-pound organisation in a double day's role offering complete industry training and further progression opportunities.

This is a rare chance to join a company renowned for their development & retention of staff, as you oversee, coach and mentor a team of 9.

An ideal applicant will have production team leadership / supervisory experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience working in the manufacturing sector.

The company themselves are a leading chemical manufacturer with a presence in 4 continents across the globe. They currently have over £25million worth of investments ongoing at their Bolton site and are currently growing & developing their in-house team Due to this continued investment in their site, we are looking for a Production Team Leader to join the team on a full time & permanent basis.

In this position you will autonomously run a team of 9 and be responsible for their continuous coaching & development. You will oversee production schedules & champion health & safety, whilst identifying and driving areas of improvement on-site.

Person:

*Production Team Leader / Supervisor
