Our Client, an experienced forward-thinking global manufacturer working within Injection Moulding whose focus is to provide world class customer service, delivering excellence in everything they do, and they recognize that it is their people who make the difference.

Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a Process Engineer (NPI) to be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification. They will evaluate processes, conduct research, and implement improvements to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes, including tooling design.

* Drive and coordinate technical problem solving in new and existing products

* Champion growth projects and NPI processes

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* A HNC / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Polymer Science or similar (ideally involving plastics processing) or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant industry experience.

* Proven experience as a Process Improvement/ NPI Engineer, preferably in the rubber or plastics industry.

* Certification in Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.

You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of up to £55,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits & excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
