Payroll Supervisor - London/Greenford

Salary: £40,000 (DOE)Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)Location: GreenfordBenefits: Free parking, private healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% pension after 5 yearsReporting to: Payroll Manager

A family/friendly feel company are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls. You'll oversee payroll accuracy, compliance and statutory deductions while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll, including starters, leavers, statutory payments and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and auto-enrolment pensions.
• Submit RTI filings and liaise with HMRC.
• Assist with year-end procedures (P60s).
• Provide guidance and support to the payroll team.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive payroll experience (COINS preferred, training provided)
• Strong Excel and IT skills.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
