Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Salary: Up to £24,500

Our client, a warm, family-orientated nursery, is looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their close-knit team. Located in a small, newly refurbished setting with purpose-built rooms, this is a place where both staff and children feel at home.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality early years care and education. Working within a supportive and welcoming team, you'll help create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn through play.

What We're Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above.
• A genuine passion for childcare and early education.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A warm, nurturing approach that reflects the ethos of our family-orientated setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space for children aged 0-5.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and document children's development, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
