We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Manager for a reputable company in the building services sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in Revit MEP and ISO 19650 standards to join an expanding team.

The ideal BIM Manager will:

Must be a British citizen or hold valid working rights in the UK
A technical qualification, ideally a university degree or diploma
Essential experience includes:
At least 5 years of experience with Revit MEP
Expertise in COBie data implementation for MEP systems
Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650
Proven ability in implementing ISO 19650 standards
Experience in obtaining BIM certification to ISO 19650 standardsJob responsibilities will include:

Managing team resources to ensure project deadlines are met
Implementing and maintaining ISO 19650 standards at BIM Stage 2 across all projects
Identifying development needs for the Revit team and coordinating relevant training
Developing and managing specific Revit templates and libraries
Organizing internal BIM-related training sessions
Overseeing BIM software licenses and negotiating competitive renewal rates with suppliers
Researching new BIM-related software and procedures
Keeping senior leadership informed of industry trends, best practices, and software advancements
Reviewing Employer's Information Requirements and BIM Execution Plans, ensuring compliance
Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clientsBenefits of the role:
