Juice is thrilled to be recruiting for a Christmas Jewellery sales assitant for a luxury retail brand in central Bristol. This is a temporary role to support the team through the peak festive season, with a contract until January 12th, 2025.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Create memorable and magical customer journeys by delivering exceptional product styling and in-store experiences.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services, offering guidance on styling and promoting our CRM scheme to build brand loyalty, align with the brands values.
• Greet and assist customers warmly, making genuine connections and providing personalized advice.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, developing knowledge about materials, styles, and product benefits.

Requirements:

• A positive, enthusiastic individual with previous retail experience and a passion for customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect authentically with customers and team members.
• Reliable problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to changing demands.
