Transport Administrator - Thame

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Thame.

Hours: 8am-6pm

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Duties:

- Answering inbound calls and transferring to the relevant team
- Greeting visitors
- Communicating with clients via telephone and emails
- Handling driver, depot and direct customer enquires
- Managing a mailbox and responding to customers

Requirements:

- Previous transport experience is an advantage
- Previous Administration and Customer Service experience
- Competent in all Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
