Contracts/Bids/Tenders Support:

• Prepare and distribute contract / tender reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Deal with incoming tenders.
• Prepare and submit quotations.
• Implement policy guidelines and sign-off procedures.
• Monitor contractual demand versus obligation.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to standardize and process complex documentation.
• Experience in similar tenders/contracts/bids role.
• Strong attention to detail with a view to producing high quality work which will be reviewed by customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
