Description

• Reviewing and verifying invoices from vendors.
• Processing invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Communicating effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records.
• Strong data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
