18Recruitment have the pleasure to represent a well established Manchester agent based in Manchester City Centre to recruit an experienced and Senior Block Manager who is looking for a more senior and reasonable position as a Associate Director.

The role will be managing a team of Block Managers, along with business operations to lead the Block department.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of Block Managers.

* Oversea the companies portfolio of developments across the North West.

* Working closely with the Directors and attending management meetings regularly.

* Foster strong client relationships and maintain regular communication.

* Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads with a proactive and flexible approach.

* Stay informed on the latest Government regulations and guidelines, as well as industry standards and give training to fellow colleagues.

Requirements

* Must have at least 7 years Block Property Management experience.

* Must have previous experience managing to team within Block Management.

* Must hold min ATPI or Assoc RICS.
