eSift is seeking a dynamic Field Sales & Training Specialist for a leading distributor in pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. This hybrid role combines four days in the field with one day of telesales.Salary: Up to £33k + bonus/commission, car & moreLocation: M3/M4 CorridorContract: 12-month FTCRole Overview:

• Manage and train around 600 independent pharmacies
• Focus on two hero products with sales, compliance checks, merchandising, and POS management
• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in face-to-face training and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in influencing and structured training
• Knowledge of OTC health products is a plus
• Full UK Driving License
