The Senior Building Surveyors' role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take the lead on a variety of exciting projects across the retail, commercial, residential, education, and defence sectors, providing professional services including dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence and condition surveys.

At Senior Surveyor level, business development will be a key component of your role. You will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities, alongside nurturing existing client relationships to drive the consultancy's growth.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to step into a role with increased responsibility and a clear pathway for progression to Associate level.

• MRICS is preferred
• Proven experience across multiple sectors
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Previous consultancy experience
