ITOM Solutions Architect - IT4IT, Service Now, Technology

One of my clients are currently looking for a Solutions Architect, who specialises in IT Operations and Service Management Solutions, specific to the Service Now platform, and its ability to integrate, interact and help automate various processes across core Technology as they look to expand their footprint and use of the tool and its capability.

Due to the nature of the role, you would ideally need to have the below experience to be considered for the role.

• Must have strong experience in the IT4IT Reference Architecture model for digital and IT enterprise capabilities for IT Operations Management.
• Specialist in leading Service Now Integration projects as a Solutions Architect, strong functional knowledge of the tool, as well as a good broader knowledge of the wider service catalogue to come up with interesting ideas on how to expand on Service Now Enterprise services e.g. DevOps, Network Configuration, IT DR an Service Continuity management, agile planning, resource management, etc.
