Role Overview: As the Registered Residential Home Manager, you will lead the effective management of a residential home, specializing in meeting the unique needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Requirements:
* Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's home.
* Two years' recent experience in children's residential care.
* Proficiency in therapeutic strategies for young people.
* Knowledge of Looked After Children (LAC) procedures.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* Full manual driver's licence.
